Ukrainians' Trust Rankings: Zaluzhnyi Leads, Zelenskyy Loses Ground.

Findings from the Rating Group Survey

According to Espreso.tv: A recent poll conducted by the sociological firm Rating Group reveals how Ukrainians currently view their political leaders, officials, and public figures. According to the data, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi commands the highest trust level among respondents, with 70% expressing confidence in him. Mykhailo Fedorov follows in second place, seeing his support jump from 35% to 65%. Kyrylo Budanov ranks third at 62%, while President Volodymyr Zelenskyy sits at 59%. Boxer Oleksandr Usyk garnered 54% trust.

On the other hand, Oleksandr Syrskyi has experienced a sharp decline in trust, dropping from 39% to 23%. Only 21% of those polled trust former President Petro Poroshenko. The survey also found that 72% of respondents oppose dismissing Mykhailo Fedorov, while 55% support removing Oleksandr Syrskyi from his post.

Hypothetical Election Outcomes

When asked about a hypothetical election scenario, 22.3% backed Volodymyr Zelenskyy, 14.9% supported Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, 13.4% chose Mykhailo Fedorov, 7.2% opted for Kyrylo Budanov, and 5.9% favored Oleksandr Usyk. The poll surveyed 1,000 respondents and carries a margin of error of no more than 3.1%. These figures highlight the current trust landscape among Ukraine’s leadership.

These survey results may signal a shift in Ukraine’s political landscape, particularly a rise in trust toward emerging leaders and public figures. The notable drop in support for Oleksandr Syrskyi could be tied to recent national events shaping public perception of his performance. Meanwhile, President Zelenskyy’s steady backing and Fedorov’s growing popularity suggest a degree of optimism among the population regarding the country’s future.
