Olga Freimut's daughter earns two diplomas in the USA: directing and political science

According to ТСН: Ukrainian presenter Olga Freimut shared information about her 19-year-old daughter's education.

Zlata Mitchell's Education

Zlata Mitchell lives in the USA, where she is pursuing her studies. Olga Freimut mentioned in a conversation with Anna Haushova that her daughter chose two completely different specialties. Zlata is studying film directing at the University of California and is also interested in politics, so she is gaining knowledge in this field as well.

'She is studying well. She has taken on two diplomas. She wanted to be a director, but she is studying film directing at the University of California. She loves politics and understands it, so she also has a diploma in political science.'

The Distance and a Mother's Feelings

Olga Freimut and her daughter live far apart: the presenter is in Great Britain, while Zlata is in the USA. The star admits that the distance is not easy for her. She wishes her daughter were closer, but she understands that Zlata's choice is her decision, which Olga must accept.

'It's very difficult. I miss Zlata terribly, but Zlata's friends help me a lot. Zlata has a wonderful circle. We often meet with her friends who are currently in London. I don't have the right to take Zlata away from the USA. These are my problems that I am experiencing. But what right do I have to break what my child wants?'

Let us remind you that earlier Olga Freimut also openly spoke about crises in her marriage with her husband and shared how they overcome them.

The importance of education and independence for young people in the modern world is hard to overestimate. Zlata Mitchell is a vivid example of how the younger generation chooses diverse paths for their development. At the same time, the feelings of motherhood and the concerns of Olga Freimut highlight how difficult it can be to let children take their independent path, especially at a distance.
