Place of Birth. Education. He was born on March 14, 1962, in the village of Prigorje in the Wysockopol district of the Kherson region.
In 1984, he graduated from the Faculty of Physics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (specialization in 'Solid State Optics'). Doctor of Biological Sciences (1996).
Career. Since 1984, he has been a research associate in the Department of Molecular Biophysics at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Author of over a hundred scientific papers on molecular biophysics.

From 1992 to 1994, Igor Kondratjuk hosted the television game '5+1' on the UT-3 channel, from 1995 to 1996 the game 'Program for Tomorrow' (UT-1). He was co-organizer and host of the games of national teams from Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus in the show 'What? Where? When?' on the UT-1 channel.

From 1999 to 2019, he was co-author, producer, and host of the show 'Karaoke on the Maidan' of the production company 'Studio V.I.K.' (first on Inter channel, from 2008 on 1+1).

Producer. Produced Vitali Kozlovsky, Alexander Voevucki, Natalia Valevska, Pavel Tabakov, Inna Voronova, Olesya Kirichuk and the group 'Aviator' (together with Yuri Nikitin). Currently, he is no longer active as a producer.
Awards. He has won several television awards, including six national 'Teletriumph' awards: 'Karaoke on the Maidan' - Best Music Program (2003, 2008), 'Eureka!' - Best Children's Program (2003), 'Schans' - Best Entertainment Program (2004, 2006).
