Biography of Ruslan Alexandrovich Strelz

Ruslan Alexandrovich Strelz - Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

Place of Birth. Education. Born on June 30, 1984, in Dnipro. Graduated from Dnipro National University named after O. Gonchar in International Economics, Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs in Law, Prydniprovskaya State Academy of Construction and Architecture in Environmental Protection, and Dnipro Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in Public Management and Administration.

Career. From 2007 to 2012, he worked as a Senior Specialist, Deputy Head of the Department Office of the Structural Department of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration.

From July 2, 2020, to 2022, he served as the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Minister of Natural Resources of Ukraine responsible for digital development, digital transformation, and digitization.

From November 3, 2021, to April 14, 2022, he was the acting Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

As of April 14, 2022, he was appointed Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
