A quick, aromatic, and light snack made from affordable ingredients - it's not just an omelet and not just fried zucchini. Tender mozzarella adds creaminess, while zucchini provides summer juiciness. This dish will become a favorite idea for breakfast, dinner, or a snack without extra hassle.

- zucchini - 1 piece;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- mozzarella - 60 g;
- salt and spices - to taste;
- oil - for frying.
Cooking Method
Cut the zucchini into medium-thick slices. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and fry the zucchini on both sides until lightly golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a deep bowl, beat the eggs with salt and spices. When the zucchini are almost ready, evenly pour the egg mixture over them.
Reduce the heat and cook covered for a few minutes until the omelet sets.
In the end, place mozzarella balls on top, cover for another minute - and serve immediately hot.
