Mobile Plan Prices in Ukraine: What Kyivstar, Vodafone, and Lifecell Will Charge in June 2026.
New Tariff Options from Ukraine's Leading Mobile Providers
According to Novyny.live: Starting in June 2026, Ukrainians will have fresh choices among the latest plans from top carriers Kyivstar, Vodafone, and Lifecell. For instance, Kyivstar is rolling out a plan called 'VSY RAZOM Light' at 370 UAH per month, but subscribers can lower this to 290 UAH monthly by transferring their existing number to the network.
Vodafone is introducing the 'Flex Go' tariff for 280 UAH per month, also contingent on number portability. Meanwhile, Lifecell's 'Maxi' plan comes in at 270 UAH per month under the same port-in condition. All three operators are thus offering cost-saving incentives tied to switching providers and bringing your phone number along.
Key Changes and Opportunities for Subscribers
Additionally, as of July 1, 2026, Kyivstar will discontinue two account top-up methods, a move that may affect how its users manage payments. Lifecell customers, on the other hand, can save up to 80 UAH each month by pre-ordering service bundles—a potentially smart strategy for those looking to cut their monthly telecom expenses.
These new plans from Kyivstar, Vodafone, and Lifecell give Ukrainians a range of options tailored to different budgets and preferences.
The launch of fresh tariffs by Ukraine's major mobile operators signals intensifying competition in the country's telecom sector.
Lower prices for communication services and the chance to save through number portability could benefit users hunting for better deals. At the same time, Kyivstar's phase-out of certain payment methods may pose a hurdle for subscribers accustomed to traditional billing, highlighting the need to adapt to evolving market conditions.
