Purchase Restrictions on Baileys
According to The Sun: TESCO has introduced a limit on the number of bottles of Baileys that customers can buy, shortly after the price of this popular drink was reduced. Many people choose Baileys during festive periods. When the price of the original Irish cream dropped significantly by £8.50, bringing the cost down to just £14 per bottle, the number of people wanting to purchase this product surged.
“This drink is so popular that we decided to impose limits so that more customers can get it for the holidays,”the company's representatives stated.
Customers quickly reacted to the price drop, leading to a significant increase in demand for this seasonal drink. Such measures from TESCO are aimed at ensuring product availability for all consumers, warning of potential queues and shortages in stores.
