A new attraction at Fairytale Farm

According to The Sun: The well-known family play park Fairytale Farm in Oxfordshire has opened its new attraction, which will surely delight children.

The park officially opened its Storybook Castle with tall towers, hidden doors, and a slide.

The owner of Fairytale Farm, Nick Leister, noted:

“The castle from the pages of fairy tales is one of our most exciting new additions.”

“We can’t wait to see what adventures our visitors create in its towers and walls.”

This new attraction joins the already existing six zones of Fairytale Farm: Huff and Puff, Enchanted Walk, Alfie and Friends, Jack’s Yard, Dino Valley, Fairy Dell, and Wonderland.

Jack’s Yard features a huge beanstalk, rabbit tunnels, a sandpit, a wishing well, and an indoor play area named 'Rapunzel’s Land'.

Enchanted Walk is described as a “sensory experience for the whole family”, with a mermaid trail, active panels, and water games.

Fairy Dell opened last summer, and everything there has been scaled up so that children can feel like they are the size of fairies.

The area also has a large playground with climbing mushrooms and tunnels.

Another new zone, Dino Valley, was added last year featuring a massive Tyrannosaurus and water dinosaurs.

Visiting times and prices

Other zones include the Adventure Playground Huff and Puff, Wilderness Walk, and animals in Alfie and Friends – ponies, pigs, birds, and alpacas.

There is also a café and a Beanstalk shop on the premises where you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, coffee, and sweets.

Although Fairytale Farm is not yet as well-known as other parks in the UK, it received an award from TripAdvisor last year as one of the top 10% of attractions in the world.

For those planning to visit in the coming months, Fairytale Farm has prepared many events.

Illuminated Evenings will take place from October 4 to November 16, transforming the park into a glittering light show every weekend.

During the autumn holidays from October 25 to November 2, there will be a family Halloween event “Scarily Ever After” with riddles, challenges, and magical characters.

The festive period will begin on November 22 with the Christmas fairy tale experience, lasting until Christmas itself.

Families will be able to meet Santa in his grotto and take part in seasonal activities and treats.

Entrance prices for Fairytale Farm are £12.49 for adults and children aged two to 16, with the option to purchase in advance for £11.24.

There are also discounted tickets during weekdays for school trips.
