Jack Grealish was not called up to the England national team: Why Tuchel is ignoring the creative player

According to The Sun: There is one player who could be the catalyst for the England team at the World Cup – it is Thomas Tuchel during the game against Serbia tomorrow night.

This player from Birmingham missed the boring match of the 'Three Lions' against Andorra last weekend.

Jack Grealish will miss another important game in Belgrade, but he should definitely be in Tuchel's squad.

This qualifying game will be the first serious test for the German coach in his role as England national coach – the Serbs are a significantly stronger opponent compared to Andorra.

It will be England's biggest game in two years, and the team does not seem ready for it.

As usual, there is a lack of individual class to break through strong defensive lines.

Without Jude Bellingham and Cole Palmer due to injuries and Phil Foden going through a crisis of confidence, Eberechi Eze was deployed for the No. 10 position in the game against Andorra.

This forced Marcus Rashford to play on the left flank, where Eze usually operates.

Tuchel acknowledged at the press conference after the match that neither Rashford nor Eze impressed.

Player Choice and Team Problems

One of the players who could take the No. 10 position against the Serbs will likely come from the Morgan group – Rogers from Aston Villa or Gibbs-White from Nottingham Forest.

But the best solution is Grealish, who can play as both an attacking midfielder and on the left flank.

The player who previously stood out in the game against Brighton delivered an impressive performance in the victory over Wolverhampton last week.

Grealish has four assists in two starting games for Everton.

In contrast, Rashford has not made any assists for Barcelona.

It should be noted that Grealish shows his ability to break through defensive lines, even after a period without regular games at Manchester City.

If Grealish had played against Andorra, the game could have looked very different.

This situation repeats itself: Grealish has often been ignored, and he remains overlooked again during the new phase under Tuchel.

The absence of Grealish from the squad could be a significant mistake for Tuchel, especially in the hostile atmosphere of Belgrade.

Player Ratings for the English: Harry Kane and Eberechi Eze had no luck, only Noni Madueke impressed

ENGLAND confidently defeated Andorra 2-0 and took another step towards World Cup qualification.

Tuchel's team once again did not look like a collective ready for exciting moments but completed the task relatively easily.

At the beginning of the game, an own goal by Cristian García after a cross from Noni Madueke opened the scoring.

It wasn't until the 80th minute that Declan Rice doubled the lead by sending the ball into the net after a great cross from Reece James.

The fans got something to be happy about.
