Situation with the acceptance of insurance claims
Some insurance companies continue to refuse to accept more than half of the applications from clients. This was revealed by the analysis of the organization Which?, which studied the latest data from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on the overall performance of the insurance sector. It turned out that three companies — esure, Lloyds Banking, and Rentokil — accept less than half of the requests for building insurance compensation.“We can no longer tolerate such an unregulated market where consumers face serious difficulties in obtaining compensation for their insurance claims”This situation raises concerns among consumers, as many people may be left without adequate support in difficult times. The problem requires urgent resolution, as proper oversight of insurance companies will help protect clients' rights and ensure their financial security.
