The President will pay 1000 hryvnias to smartphone owners

All citizens of Ukraine will be able to receive one-time financial assistance in the amount of 1000 hryvnias, which can be used to purchase domestic goods and services until 2025.

To receive assistance, you need to apply through the 'Diya' mobile app during the winter period.

Persons staying abroad, including refugees, will not receive financial assistance. The location of these persons will be checked.

Only owners of smartphones using the 'Diya' app will receive such assistance.

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine is developing a mechanism for providing financial assistance to people who do not have modern mobile devices or access to the 'Diya' app, through the branches of Ukrposhta.
