Real estate prices in Odesa have fallen - reasons.

In June, Odesa region ranked third in the number of real estate objects commissioned. This became known from the analytical report of DIM.RIA.

Most new real estate objects were commissioned in Rivne (68%), Zaporizhia (56%) and Odesa (54%) regions. However, demand for housing in the Odesa region has noticeably decreased.

Interest in purchasing new buildings has also fallen across all regions, most notably in Chernihiv (-29%), Zhytomyr (-27%) and Volyn (-25%) regions. In Chernihiv, the decrease is 22%, while in Zakarpattia there is an increase (+19%) in demand.
