Toni Kroos names favorites for the 2026 World Cup: why he does not believe in England and Germany.
Toni Kroos chooses favorites for the World Championship
According to The Sun: Toni Kroos, the former star of Real Madrid, shared his thoughts on the chances of teams in the upcoming World Cup. He does not believe in the success of either England or Germany, refusing to support these teams.
Instead, the footballer highlighted three major national teams that, in his opinion, have great potential. He also mentioned a possible 'surprise' among the title contenders.
“Can England or Germany win? I do not believe they can,” he noted.
Kroos joined Brazilian legend Romario on his YouTube channel 'Romario TV', where the chances of various teams on the world stage were discussed.
We will have to wait for the start of the World Cup to see if Kroos's predictions come true. Will his favorites live up to expectations, or will we see surprises - this is a question that only the matches can answer.
