According to The Sun: B Bagel plans to double the number of its cafes by 2023, opening a new location in London this month.

Currently, the network has six stores in London, including in Soho, Chelsea, Highgate, and Tottenham Court Road. According to plans, their number is set to grow to 20 by 2023.

B Bagel offers freshly made bagels with various fillings such as smoked salmon and plant-based cream cheese. The expansion of the network was made possible by the appointment of a new operations director, Nicholas Brown.

B Bagel was founded by Yoav Baumgarten and Alon Kubi in 2015 with the aim of offering people fresh bagels without preservatives and additives.

The new store is set to open on New Oxford Street on October 27.

They will not only offer bagels but also smoothies and salads – all with vegetarian and plant-based options.

Other Expansions in the Market

B Bagel is actively expanding its operations, having appointed Nicholas Brown, who has experience in non-food brands and fast service, such as Yo! Sushi, Domino's, and Wimpy.

Dave's Hot Chicken is also showing significant growth, planning to open 57 restaurants in the UK. This popular American fast food has successfully started its operations in London, attracting over 1,000 customers daily since its opening in December.

The chain has already expanded into Manchester and Birmingham, offering even bigger plans for openings.

Shake Shack, which started as a street food operation, recently opened its first restaurant at a train station in the UK.
