Ingredients:

  • cookies (any of your choice) – 550 g;
  • sour cream – 350 g;
  • condensed milk – 5 tbsp;
  • powdered sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • mascarpone cheese or cheese mass – 200–250 g;
  • nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts) – 150 g;
  • chocolate – ½ bar (for decoration).

Preparation:

Place the sour cream in a deep bowl and whip it until fluffy. Gradually add the condensed milk, continuing to beat.

At the end, add the powdered sugar and whip again until thick, homogeneous consistency.
