According to ТСН: The President of the United States announced the complete closure of airspace over Venezuela. This decision is related to the fight against drug and human trafficking.
He shared this information on the social network Truth Social.
“To all airlines, pilots, drug traffickers, and human traffickers, please consider the airspace over Venezuela completely closed. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
Earlier, the president announced strikes on Venezuela to stop the movement of citizens suspected of drug trafficking across the land.
“You may have noticed that people do not want to deliver cargo by sea, and we will start stopping them on land as well. It is easier to do this on land, and we will begin doing so very soon.”
These actions are aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the fight against drug trafficking in the region.
>The presidential decision to close the airspace over Venezuela is part of a broader U.S. strategy in the fight against organized crime. Observing the threat of drug trafficking, the administration hopes to strengthen control over air and land routes. Thus, the U.S. intends not only to stop the movement of drugs but also to reduce the influence of criminal networks in the region.Read also
