Rescue of British Tool Brands
According to The Sun: Just a few days after the parent company entered administration, two British tool brands were saved. A long-established family company that supplies quality tools and equipment to various sectors has acquired the suppliers. Previously part of Toolstream Ltd, the companies Van Vault and Defender Lighting were left without support after the business went bankrupt.
“This acquisition will allow us to maintain the traditions and quality we owe to our customers,” representatives of the new company stated.
Thus, despite the difficulties, these brands have received new life and the opportunity to continue delighting their consumers with professional tools and equipment.
As a result of this acquisition, customers can once again count on high-quality products from Van Vault and Defender Lighting. This is an important step in preserving traditional values and growing in the market, as well as supporting jobs in the industry.Read also
