According to The Sun: Britons have shown an interesting trait - spending over two days a month procrastinating. Research has revealed that this happens quite often - 17 times a week! People put off various routine tasks, such as paying bills or making home repairs.
Psychologist Emma Kenny claims that procrastination does not always mean laziness. Some people use this strategy as a way to cope with stress or increase work efficiency. There are also those who start tasks later just to perform them more agilely.
Overall, Britons have proven to be true masters of procrastination, as for some, postponing tasks has even become a kind of motivation to work.
