Ukrenergo introduces hourly power outages: what is known about the schedules

According to inkorr.com: In Ukraine, the implementation of hourly power outages has begun in several regions. As reported by 'Khylya', this is assured by the company Ukrenergo. They explained that instead of the usual emergency outages, schedules of hourly outages (GPO) will now be used to improve conditions for consumers who have been without power supply for a long time.

Outage Schedules

To find out the outage schedule for their locality, residents can refer to the websites of local power distribution companies.

Ukrenergo also reported that in some regions, emergency outages are still being conducted due to the repercussions of aggression from Russia.

'Important! The situation in the energy system can change. Please pay attention to announcements on the websites of your power distribution companies. If you currently have access to electricity, please use it cautiously!', the company emphasized.

It was previously noted that on the night of October 22, Russia launched new strikes on energy infrastructure and urban areas in Ukraine, using ballistic missiles and drones.

Ukrenergo is taking measures to implement hourly power outages in certain regions of the country to replace emergency outages. This decision has been made to alleviate the lives of consumers who have suffered from prolonged supply interruptions. The company urges residents to exercise caution in electricity consumption and to follow news regarding the situation in their region on the websites of power distribution companies.
