The State Agricultural Registry has exceeded 200 thousand users.

The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Vitaliy Koval, reported that there are over 200 thousand users registered in the State Agricultural Registry (SAR).
According to the Minister, as of the end of March 2025, individuals make up 72.6% of registered SAR users, legal entities - 16.6%, and individual entrepreneurs - 10.8%.
Approximately 7 million plots of land covering a total area of 20 million hectares are registered in the SAR, accounting for over 80% of the total area of agricultural land in Ukraine. In addition, the registry records over 573 thousand cows, 320 thousand sheep, and 54 thousand goats.
'The fact that over 200 thousand users have already joined the platform indicates a high level of trust in the state's digital tools, which is especially important in wartime, when support must be quick and targeted. The SAR is a tool of real assistance for farmers and at the same Time a platform through which we adapt the agricultural sector to EU standards. The active growth in the number of participants in the system confirms that the SAR has become an effective platform for providing state and international support to the agricultural sector,' emphasized Vitaliy Koval.
The Minister also noted that currently, almost all existing state and international support programs for the agricultural sector are implemented through the SAR.
In particular, agricultural producers submit applications for support per hectare, maintaining cattle, sheep, and goats, subsidies for the reconstruction or construction of irrigation systems, as well as special programs for farms from de-occupied and frontline territories.
In 2024, over 31.6 thousand agricultural producers received state assistance through the platform amounting to UAH 3.88 billion. For 2025, the state budget allocates over UAH 6 billion for key support programs for agrarians.
The SAR is implemented within the framework of the EU Ukraine Facility financial support program as a tool for modernizing the agricultural sector. According to the plans, by the first quarter of 2026, over 80% of state agricultural support should be provided through the SAR. Combined with the future launch of the Payment Agency, the SAR will become the basis for implementing agricultural support according to EU standards.
'The integration of the SAR with EU systems is not just a technical compliance issue. It is a prerequisite for providing Ukrainian farmers with full access to European markets, financing tools, and digital services. Thanks to such systemic solutions, we are creating a foundation for genuine partnership with the European Union,' added Vitaliy Koval.
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy calls on agricultural producers to join the system - not only to receive financial assistance but also to actively participate in the European model of agricultural sector development in Ukraine.
