A new mark has appeared in the Reserve+ app: what does it mean You need to undergo basic military training

According to inkorr.com: Users of the 'Reserve+' application have noticed a new mark 'You need to undergo basic military training', which has raised many questions about its meaning and necessary actions. Lawyer Hennadiy Kapralov clarified in which cases one should seek assistance and who is required to undergo basic military training.

Basic military training lasts from one to three months and is mandatory for students of higher educational institutions, cadets of special training programs, as well as for individuals who are entering public service, local government bodies, and the prosecutor's office for the first time. There is also an opportunity for voluntary completion of such training.

If the application has a note 'It is necessary to undergo basic military training', actions should depend on the specific situation. 'If a person has undergone the training, but this information is not reflected in the application, it is advisable to consult a lawyer. He can send a statement to the TCC and RP indicating that the person has indeed undergone basic military training and the documents that confirm this,' says the expert.

It is recommended to attach a certificate or credential of completing basic military training, a reference from the university or military department about completing the training, an excerpt from the order about completing basic military training, as well as references from the training center or military unit to the application.

Technical works and updates in the 'Oberih' register

Recall that the 'Reserve+' application will be temporarily unavailable on the night of October 9 due to scheduled technical work in the 'Oberih' register. The Ministry of Defense recommended users to download a PDF version of the electronic military registration document in advance for access during the works, which will last from 00:00 to 06:00.

Technical updates occur against the backdrop of expanding TCC access to information about citizens, as new data in the registers will allow military committees to obtain information from demographic and educational databases. This is aimed at improving the military accounting system and automatic registration of men aged 25 to 60 who were previously not included in the registers.

Thus, the new mark in 'Reserve+' raises questions about undergoing basic military training, on which the lawyer provided clarifications. It is also reported about the temporary unavailability of the application due to technical work, which will contribute to the improvement of the military accounting system.
