Details of the airstrike on Kharkov
The SES in the Kharkov region reported details of the enemy's airstrike on Kharkov on the night of October 28. According to rescuers, apartments on the top floor of a nine-story residential building were partially destroyed. Windows in the building were also broken. Preliminary, 7 people were injured, one of them a child.
Psychologists from the SES were working at the site of the impact, providing the necessary assistance to people.

At present, emergency rescue operations are ongoing. More than 25 rescuers and 6 units of SES equipment are involved in eliminating the consequences.
