In France, yellow-blue inscriptions appear on cars. The provocations are likely orchestrated by Russians.

In France, strangers are leaving inscriptions of the Ukrainian flag on cars, triggering dozens of complaints from citizens. They are leaving messages such as 'Ukraine needs your car!' on the bodies of the vehicles. These crimes are becoming increasingly common in various cities, including Lyon, Villeurbanne, Saint-Cloud, Meudon, and Montpellier. An investigation has already been launched regarding the 'group damage' claims. The Vice President of the Union of Ukrainians in France, Volodymyr Kohutiak, asserts that Russian agents are behind these inscriptions. Similar cases remind of stencil images that appeared in Paris and its suburbs in 2023 and were commissioned by Russian special services.
In Lithuania, a campaign aimed at combating recruitment is considered relevant, focused on raising citizens' awareness of the dangers posed by hostile intelligence services. As part of this campaign, videos based on real situations are being shown to emphasize that any citizen can become a target.
