Construction of a military cemetery near Kyiv has reached an Odesa company with a criminal 'background'.

The state institution 'National Military Memorial Cemetery' plans to sign a contract with LLC 'Construction Firm 'Paritetbudinvest' for the construction of the second phase of the main military cemetery within the Hatne territorial community of Kyiv region. The cost of this work is 1.21 billion UAH, which is 104.6 million UAH less than the expected price of the customer. This tender had only one participant, LLC 'Construction Firm 'Paritetbudinvest', which was given one day to correct documentation errors and was declared the winner thereafter.
According to the tender conditions, the construction includes the installation of ceilings, flagpoles, water supply and sewage networks, power supply, crematorium, columbarium walls, monuments, and other works.
However, LLC 'Construction Firm 'Paritetbudinvest' is mentioned in criminal proceedings regarding the misappropriation of large budget sums for road repairs, and is also attributed to companies with 'signs of fictitiousness and transit'. Despite this, the participant had already managed to win a similar tender earlier in June 2023.
The new cemetery for the military will be built for 1.21 billion UAH by a company with dubious reputation due to involvement in criminal proceedings and fictitious activities. This tender participant has previously won a similar project, although its activities raise doubts among the public.
