Kyivstar explained why there is no internet on Ukrzaliznytsia trains.
The company Kyivstar explained the reason for the absence of the internet on Ukrzaliznytsia trains. The press service of the company responded to a complaint from a passenger on Facebook.
The woman complained about the lack of connectivity during the Kharkiv-Uzhgorod trip and expressed dissatisfaction with Kyivstar's operator. She asked when quality connectivity would be available in Ukraine since the internet did not load during the trip.
The customer compared the situation to developed countries where there is Wi-Fi on trains, while in Ukraine there is not even basic connectivity. In response, Kyivstar representatives explained that the reason for the poor connectivity is the removal of base stations. The company stated that it constantly expands network coverage and analyzes the quality of connectivity.
Recall that Kyivstar, Vodafone, and lifecell presented the most budget-friendly tariffs for Ukrainians.
