Russians intensify checks on population in Crimea due to successful attacks by Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, Russians have intensified checks on the population following successful strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the peninsula's infrastructure. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.
In particular, the occupiers have increased the number of patrols near ports and military facilities. Representatives of the Russian National Guard selectively check the local population, namely their phones and the content on them.
We urge you to be vigilant and take this into account when planning walks. We remind you that the Center for National Resistance website has a section with useful tips, where you can familiarize yourself with instructions on how to clean your phone.
It is worth noting that the Russian occupiers continue their attempts to legitimize the occupation of Ukrainian territories, planning to hold fake "elections" in the temporarily occupied Crimea on September 8.
By the way, the Crimean Bridge is currently being maximally defended by the Russians, even though there are practically no naval components for its defense. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk, during a telethon.
