Naftogaz changes the rules for submitting meter readings: what to do now.
According to inkorr.com: In Ukraine, the rules for submitting gas meter readings have changed for all gas consumers. As reported by the 'Gazpravda' portal, a new procedure for submitting data from gas meters is introduced starting November. Consumers are advised to familiarize themselves with the new conditions to avoid misunderstandings during calculations and unnecessary expenses.
Innovations in the meter reading submission system
The company 'Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine' has implemented a new system for submitting meter readings and launched modernized electronic services. Now, main operations such as data submission, bill payments, and personal account registration can be done through the company's Telegram bot.
Deadlines for submitting meter readings
'Naftogaz' urges its clients to submit meter readings from November 1 to November 5. If these deadlines are missed, payment calculations will be based on averaged readings for the building, which may lead to overpayment.
Gas prices in Ukraine
In November, the gas tariff for the population from 'Naftogaz' remains at 7.96 hryvnias per cubic meter. Other suppliers set prices in the range from 7.79 to 9.99 hryvnias per cubic meter. In addition to the gas price, consumers will also need to pay for its transportation separately.
Gas consumers in Ukraine should pay attention to the new rules for submitting meter readings and submit data on time to avoid troubles during calculations.
Changes in the rules for submitting gas meter readings are an important step for consumers, as the new system provides convenience and speed of service. The use of electronic services such as the Telegram bot simplifies the process and makes it more accessible for all users. Attention to data submission deadlines will help avoid financial surprises.Read also
