The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained how to confirm entrepreneurial activity of individual entrepreneurs when retiring.
According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the documents that can be used to confirm the entrepreneurial activity of individuals until 2004 are as follows:
General taxation system:
- data from the Register of Insured Persons;
- documents on the payment of insurance contributions, such as payment orders, bank receipts, and documents confirming postal transfers, as well as certificates from the Pension Fund of Ukraine on the payment of insurance contributions.
Simplified taxation system:
- data from the Register of Insured Persons;
- certificate of payment of a single tax;
- special trading patent;
- patent for the payment of a fixed income tax from citizens;
- documents on the payment of a single tax, such as payment orders, bank receipts, and documents confirming postal transfers, as well as certificates from the Pension Fund of Ukraine on the payment of insurance contributions;
- certificates of registration of a person as a subject of entrepreneurial activity under the simplified taxation system, which are issued by the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
