In Pokrovsk, more than 7 thousand civilians remain, evacuation has slowed down

In the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, about 7,3 thousand people remain who continue to evacuate. This was reported by the head of the city military administration, Serhiy Dobriak. According to him, there are currently 7300 people left in the city, for whom shops and pharmacies are still operating. Specialists from the territorial center are communicating with elderly people, trying to convince them to evacuate. Over the past week, nearly three thousand people managed to leave the city, but currently, the evacuation pace has slowed down due to restrictions on the number of exits - only 5-10 people leave per day.

The head of the administration urged residents to evacuate, noting that the security situation in the city is deteriorating due to its constant shelling by the enemy, who is using various types of weapons, including guided bombs, artillery, and drones. Utility services are working to eliminate the consequences of shelling where possible.
