Bloomberg published a recording of conversations between Trump and Putin's advisors: details.
According to ТСН: The representative of the Russian dictator Kirill Dmitriev denied Bloomberg's information that Steve Witkoff is advising the Russians on how to present a "peace plan" regarding Ukraine to US President Donald Trump. He believes that "war instigators" are trying to disrupt the peace process by publishing such materials.
"The closer we get to peace, the more desperate the war instigators become," Dmitriev wrote.
Ukrainian journalist Vitaliy Portnikov has a different opinion. He points out that such publications in Western media only appear when there is a real recording. If not, the publication could face a defamation lawsuit.
"So Bloomberg has a real recording that can be submitted for examination. Otherwise, no legal service of the company would ever allow this publication. This is not a Telegram channel," Portnikov noted.
Earlier it became known that US President Donald Trump's special representative Steve Witkoff had a brief phone conversation with Yuri Ushakov, Putin's chief foreign policy advisor, during which he advised how Moscow should present the plan regarding Ukraine to Trump.
Recall that Donald Trump has expressed optimism about the possibility of reaching an agreement regarding the war in Ukraine.
This situation indicates an intensification of diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. If the information is confirmed, this could be an important step towards a peaceful settlement. Observers will closely monitor further investigations and statements from both sides, as this could impact the course of events on the international stage.
