The government of Ukraine will introduce a new mechanism for transferring military personnel between units of the Armed Forces at their own initiative. This will be done through the 'Army+' application. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on November 12 and noted that this mechanism was developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces, and civil organizations. According to the new rules, military personnel will be screened within 72 hours, and the results of the transfer will be communicated through the 'Army+' application. If a military personnel refuses, they must provide reasons for their refusal. The technical launch of the new system is scheduled for November 15 and the Ministry of Defense will monitor its effectiveness. It is also worth noting that the Ministry of Defense has reported on the number of Ukrainians who have already received a deferment under the 'Reserve+' program.
