Thousands of Drones - Zelensky Summarizes Russia's Attacks Over the Week.

The Russian Federation has increased its attacks on Ukrainian territory over the past week, using drones, guided bombs, and rockets, President Volodymyr Zelensky reported in his address on July 13.

The Consequences of Shelling Over the Week

According to Zelensky, over the last seven days, more than 1800 strike drones, over 1200 guided bombs, and 83 rockets were launched against Ukraine. Russia is trying to scare the civilian population and create chaos in cities and villages.

Despite this, the Air Defense Forces are successfully defending themselves. Interceptor drones are successfully stopping enemy kamikaze drones of the Shahed type. Zelensky emphasized the importance of expanding this protective technology internationally.

'Thank you to everyone who invests in the protection of life. Thank you to our warriors who safeguard the Ukrainian sky,' said Zelensky.

The president emphasized that the use of Shahed is a way for the Russian Federation to continue the war, so neutralizing this threat is an important goal for activating diplomatic efforts.

Zelensky called for decisive actions from the USA, the EU countries, G7, and other partners to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities.
