The representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Halyna Volovyna, explained what the notification 'requires basic military training' means, which appeared in the 'Reserv+' app. This new message, which appeared after the app update, indicates the absence of information about the military accounting specialty of the individual in the military register.

New training rules for students

According to inkorr.com: Starting from September 1, 2025, second-year students of higher educational institutions are required to complete a basic military training course. Additionally, men under 25 must also complete this course. If the necessary data is absent in the register, it indicates that the individual must undergo basic military training unless another military accounting specialty is assigned.
