The Armed Forces open the Instructor School: how military training will change.
According to inkorr.com: A new Instructor School will soon start operating in the Armed Forces. This was announced by Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi during the monthly meeting on military personnel training.
'Its establishment will significantly enhance the training level of the instructional staff and will serve as a platform for accumulating and sharing relevant combat experience,' Syrskyi noted on social media.
The introduction of this educational institution is part of large-scale reforms in the training system for Ukrainian military personnel. The command has already extended the basic military training period from 30 to 51 days, integrating modern elements such as countering enemy drones, using electronic warfare (EW), and tactical medicine.
New Approaches to Training in the Armed Forces
At the meeting, special attention was paid to staffing training centers with experienced instructors. The training of sergeant staff was also discussed, focusing on the development of leadership qualities. The training time in this direction has been increased and the 'Leadership' course program has been expanded.
'The change in the nature of war requires a powerful corps of junior commanders,' the commander explained.
Work is actively ongoing to prepare squad leaders, which promotes the exchange of combat experience and rapid adaptation to changes on the battlefield. Syrskyi emphasized that involving instructors in tasks unrelated to unit training is not acceptable.
'Quality, professional training of warriors requires full commitment,' he noted.
Thus, the meeting in the Armed Forces announced the launch of the Instructor School, which will open new opportunities for improving the quality of military training and sharing combat experience. It is also important to emphasize that the development of leadership qualities among the sergeant staff and full commitment during the training process will be the key to the effectiveness of modern combat operations.
