Russia attacks peaceful cities of Ukraine: what is the true goal of the Kremlin.
The military sense in Russian attacks on the cities of Ukraine is absent - Kovalchenko
There is no military sense in Russian attacks on the cities of Ukraine, it is just an attempt to intimidate people and continue the war. This was stated today, August 21, by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalchenko, reports FREEdom.
He also noted that the Russian dictator can only be stopped by increasing international pressure.
“The maximally senseless attack by the Russians with missiles and 'Shaheds' on certain cities: Lviv, Rivne, Lutsk, Mukachevo and more. From a military point of view, it makes no sense. Russia will not win the war, will not break our rear, it will not affect the frontline situation. It is just another desire to kill and terrorize civilians. But such strikes will not influence the course of the war,” — wrote the head of the CCD on Telegram.
Kovalchenko added that a factory of an American company specializing in electronics was attacked in Mukachevo.
It should be noted that in the night of August 21, Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with 614 aerial attack means.
