Ukraine is conducting a traffic analysis on six main routes to determine the feasibility of launching toll roads. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Community Development and Territories, Serhiy Derkach, at the EBA. He noted that the introduction of toll roads is a requirement of the EU, and Ukraine has already developed a draft law in this regard. To create quality roads, it is necessary to analyze the traffic intensity on six routes. Negotiations are already taking place with investors, and agreements have been made with the European Investment Bank. After the analysis is completed, a decision will be made on the implementation of toll roads.
