Three children and a young man returned to Ukraine from the occupied territories.
According to FREEДOM: Three children aged 6 to 15 and a young man have returned home from the temporarily occupied territories and Russia as part of the Ukrainian president's initiative Bring Kids Back UA. This was reported today, August 25, by the press service of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative.
It is noted that the children have long been separated from their relatives: some were left without parental care, while others were unable to see their parents due to occupation and dangerous exit routes.
'The young man was in the Oleshky children's boarding school at the time of the full-scale invasion. The Russian Federation illegally took him first to the temporarily occupied territory and then to Russia,' Bring Kids Back reported.
Today, the children and young people are free in Ukraine with their relatives and safe.
Bring Kids Back expressed gratitude to the state of Qatar for assistance, as well as to the team of the Ombudsman Office of Ukraine for their dedicated work and support in bringing Ukrainian families home.
Summary
The Bring Kids Back UA initiative has helped ensure the return of children and youth from the temporarily occupied territories and from Russia to Ukraine, where they can now be with their families and safe.
