According to inkorr.com: Incorrect reports appeared on social media stating that the celebration of Rosh Hashanah in Uman in 2025 is banned. This has been confirmed by official representatives of Ukraine and Israel.

Earlier, social media claimed that 'Ukraine will not allow the celebration of Rosh Hashanah this year in Uman for security reasons'. Among the reasons for the ban were mentioned the war and Ukraine's dissatisfaction with the insufficient support from Israel.

'As of today, there are no changes in Ukraine's policy regarding the arrival of worshippers for Rosh Hashanah,' - the spokesperson of the Israeli Foreign Ministry is quoted by Axios reporter.

The head of the Bratslav Union in Uman, Rabbi Natan Ben-Nun, also denied information about the ban on the pilgrimage.

'This week we met with all relevant government officials in Kyiv, finalized security measures, and received all necessary permits for the kibbutz. Preparations are ongoing in a regular manner. We urge the public not to panic and continue preparing,' - the rabbi reported.
