Ukraine Exceeds Export Plan: 17 New Markets Opened.
The head of the department, Serhiy Tkachuk, reported that Ukraine has managed to exceed the annual plan for opening new markets for agricultural product exports. Instead of the planned 15, 17 markets have already been opened.
New Export Directions
According to inkorr.com: Recently, Ukrainian agro-producers gained access to 11 new export directions covering 17 different types of agricultural products. Among the countries that have opened their markets to Ukrainian products are Canada, China, Albania, Kuwait, Malaysia, the Eurasian Economic Union, Georgia, Moldova, the Sultanate of Oman, Turkey, and Chile.
Importance for Exports
According to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, Ukrainian producers have the opportunity to supply their agricultural goods to the markets of even more countries. This is an important step for the development of Ukraine's export potential and increasing the volumes of agricultural product exports.
The opening of new markets is a significant achievement for Ukrainian agro-producers, as it allows for the diversification of export geography and reduces dependence on individual countries. In today's conditions of the global market, such steps can significantly strengthen Ukraine's economic stability.
