Ukrainians were shown where unfit servicemen by the decision of the MMC can serve in the Armed Forces.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has made changes to the list of positions that can be held by servicemen recognized by military medical commissions as unfit for military service.

According to the new order No. 594 dated September 2, 2024, which came into force on September 25, at the TCC and SP, all positions of officers, privates, sergeants, and senior non-commissioned officers for all military accounting specialties can now be filled by servicemen recognized as unfit by the MMC.

This order cancels the previous order No. 410 dated August 14, 2018. The new rules apply to servicemen who, during their service, were recognized as unfit for health reasons but want to continue their military service.

It is important to note that during mobilization and the actions of the legal regime of martial law, this list of positions does not apply. The appointment to positions of servicemen recognized as unfit is carried out at the request of the commander (head) by officials in accordance with the nomenclature of positions for the appointment of servicemen.
