The School Package program has been changed: now books can also be purchased.
According to inkorr.com: The state program 'School Package' has been updated in Ukraine. Now parents can use 5,000 hryvnias not only for stationery and clothing but also for purchasing books. This opportunity is available in stores with certain MCC codes.
According to the Ministry of Social Policy, over 200,000 families have already applied for assistance, most of them through the 'Diia' application. More than 168,000 families have received payments, and the total amount is 856 million hryvnias, which is 70% of the total program budget.
The application period for receiving aid will last until November 15, 2025. The funds received must be spent within 180 days after their receipt, and they can be used for payments both online and in regular stores.
