The Minister of Social Policy, Oksana Zholnovych, spoke about pension indexation for Ukrainians. She noted that as of March 1, 57.5 billion hryvnias have been allocated for this purpose, and pension payments have not been delayed. Starting from March 4, 2.5 million people received increased pension payments amounting to 20 billion hryvnias. In total, the funds needed for indexation are available - 35.2 billion hryvnias from social insurance and 22 billion hryvnias from the state budget. The Minister assured that there will be no delays or underpayments, and all pensions will be paid on schedule, taking into account the indexation.
