State aid 1000 hryvnias for winter: who will receive it and when to apply.
According to inkorr.com: This winter season, Ukrainians will be able to receive 1000 hryvnias from the state to cover heating costs. Minister of Social Policy Denis Uliutin reported that this program aims to support citizens during the cold weather and help them with basic expenses.
'The state provides this assistance so that every Ukrainian can survive the winter more easily. Our goal is to make the process of receiving funds as convenient and transparent as possible,' emphasized Denis Uliutin.
Procedure for submitting applications
Applications for assistance can be submitted from November 15 to December 15. The received funds must be used within six months. As in previous programs, funds can be received through the 'Diia' app, at Ukrposhta branches, or at banks.
Who is eligible for help
Assistance is available to all citizens of Ukraine, including children, but does not apply to those who are abroad or in temporarily occupied territories. The funds received can be used to pay for utilities, medications, mobile communication, charitable donations, postal expenses, and other household needs.
This step is important for supporting the population amid a difficult economic situation and will help reduce social risks during the winter period. It is important for Ukrainians to take advantage of this opportunity and receive the necessary financial support, which will help them survive the cold months with fewer financial difficulties.
