Pension Fund to Provide Assistance to Debtors' Children: Conditions and Payment Amounts.
According to inkorr.com: The Pension Fund of Ukraine has begun the process of providing temporary state assistance to children whose parents ignore their obligations regarding alimony or maintenance. This initiative is aimed at protecting the rights of minors in cases where parents do not fulfill their duties.
Criteria for Receiving Assistance
Assistance can be provided to children under 18 if their parents are on the debtor list, involved in criminal cases, or if there is no information about their place of residence.
Amount and Conditions of Payments
The amount of assistance depends on the child's age and the family's income and can be up to 3,196 hryvnias per month. To receive assistance, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents, and payments can last up to six months. In case of changes in circumstances or if the child reaches the age of 6, the amounts may be revised.
This child assistance program for those whose parents are unable or unwilling to meet their needs aims to support young citizens and ensure their right to a decent life. The initiative from the Pension Fund of Ukraine will be an important step in improving living conditions for children who find themselves in difficult situations.
