Ukrainians abroad to face limitations on consular services: who will be affected.
New requirements for military conscripts from Ukraine abroad
According to inkorr.com: Starting from November 2025, Ukrainians with military obligations living abroad will not be able to access consular services unless they update their information in the military register, as stipulated by Bill No. 12076. This also means increased monitoring of this group of citizens.
According to the document, men aged 25 to 60 are required to timely update their information at the territorial recruitment centers. If their information is missing from the system, access to various services, including document processing and consular services abroad, will be restricted.
Ukrainian military conscripts residing abroad must regularly update their information in the military register to be able to receive consular assistance if needed.
These new measures aim to improve the military registration system and ensure control over citizens with military obligations. It is important for conscripts to be aware of these changes and comply with the new requirements to avoid limitations in accessing necessary services.
