Ukrainians can obtain an extract from the electronic employment record book online: instructions.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained the procedure for forming an extract from the electronic employment record book online. Since June 10, 2021, citizens have the opportunity to use this service, as electronic employment record books - digital analogs of paper ones - were officially introduced.
According to the PFU, the electronic employment record book improves the accounting of employment of Ukrainians, reduces paper document flow and risks of loss or damage to documents. In addition, it allows you to check your work experience, including the period before 2004.
Data from the electronic employment record book can be used as confirmation of work experience during employment. To do this, you need to use the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and form an extract from the electronic employment record book.
Action algorithm:

- Check the result of processing the request in the "My requests" section and download the document file in .pdf format.
