Ukrainians allowed to be mobilized without the involvement of TCC: in which case.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (DPSU) received the right to mobilize conscripts without the involvement of territorial recruitment centers (TCC). This was reported by the press service of the DPSU. Anyone wishing to serve in the State Border Guard Service can enlist in one of the ten units that have the right to self-conscription. Commanders of military units are allowed to independently send conscripts and reservists to the military medical commission (MMC) to determine their suitability for military service.
This means that commanders of military units can carry out the conscription of combat units at the expense of volunteers who wish to serve on conscription. Previously, it was necessary to contact TCC and SP.
After being enrolled in the lists of military units, service members are sent for basic combined arms training at the training institutions of the State Border Guard Service. Commanders have the right to refuse conscription to a person if they do not meet the requirements due to health conditions or professional-psychological characteristics.
The list of units to enlist in includes:
- Guard's Brigade of Offensive "Revenge", 3 (Lugansk) Border Detachment named after Hero of Ukraine Colonel Yevhen Pikusa;
- Guard's Brigade of Offensive "Grit", 1 (Donetsk) Border Detachment;
- Guard's Brigade of Offensive "Steel Border", 15 Mobile Border Detachment;
- 10 Mobile Border Detachment "DOZOR";
- 4 (Kharkiv) Border Detachment;
- 5 (Sumy) Border Detachment;
- 8 (Berdiansk) Border Detachment;
- 11 (Kramatorsk) Border Detachment;
- 79 (Kherson) Border Detachment;
- 105 (Chernihiv) Border Detachment.
Experts explained that TCC and SP are not allowed to enter Ukrainians' apartments and houses.
