Tax Headaches are in the Past: A New Function for Individual Entrepreneurs.
Individual entrepreneurs can now submit their declarations through the 'Diia' mobile app. This procedure has become much simpler and more convenient, requiring just a few clicks and entering income for the second quarter, after which everything is calculated automatically.
Declarations are submitted by individual entrepreneurs of the third group with a 5% rate who do not have VAT and hired employees. Through the 'Diia' app, they pay a single tax of 5% of their income, a military tax of 1% of their income, and a unified social contribution of 22% of the minimum wage.
Minister Mykhailo Fedorov explained that the military tax is now calculated automatically, and if the entrepreneur is exempt from its payment, they simply indicate '0'. The deadline for submitting declarations ends on August 11. Additionally, updates are expected in rethinking the tax payment service in the 'Diia' app.
Ukrainian individual entrepreneurs now have the opportunity to conveniently and quickly submit their declarations through the 'Diia' mobile app, and in the future, they can expect even greater reliefs and updates in the tax payment process.
In this new initiative, individual entrepreneurs can use the 'Diia' mobile app to submit their declarations. This approach makes the declaration submission process more convenient and efficient, streamlining operations and automating tax calculations. The system also includes automatic calculation of the military tax, making the process even faster and safer for users. Currently, this service is available for individual entrepreneurs of the third group with special taxation, but in the future, the opportunity to use it may be extended to other entrepreneurs.
