In Poland, inspections of garbage containers have begun to control waste sorting. If violations are found, residents may receive fines. Inspections are conducted unexpectedly, and yellow or red stickers are placed on the containers. A red sticker indicates a significant fine. These measures were adopted due to insufficient waste recycling and rising disposal costs. Local authorities hope that the new control system will encourage residents to take waste sorting more seriously.
The number of Ukrainians in Poland who obtain legal employment has increased.
