The Ministry of Digital Transformation pays up to 1720 hryvnias for 12 hours: how to earn on a generator.
According to inkorr.com: The Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched a new program that allows people to earn during power outages.
Earnings through generators
Owners of generators with a capacity of 7.2 kW or more can connect them to mobile operators' base stations and receive regular payments. The income from using a generator ranges from 110 to 140 hryvnias per hour. For example, over 12 hours of generator operation, an individual can earn up to 1,320 hryvnias, while a legal entity can earn up to 1,720 hryvnias.
'You are responsible for maintaining and refueling the generator. Technical connection to the base station is the operator's responsibility,' the Ministry of Digital Transformation reported.
Simple connection procedure
To join the program, you need to call 0 800 33 63 63 28. Consultants work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After the call, an operator will contact you, find the nearest base station, explain the participation conditions, and finalize the agreement.
Increasing duration of outages
It is also emphasized that in Ukraine, the duration of power outages may increase to 8-12 hours daily.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasized that the program opens opportunities for citizens and businesses to earn income by connecting their generators during emergency power outages. This can provide significant support in the context of regular outages, which is especially relevant for entrepreneurs and residents of regions that often experience power supply interruptions.
